This is such a Good Point! I don't believe in training slash conditioning to absorb abuse anymore! Hitting yourself in the nuts over and over, for instance! I think that's time better spent in practicing and refining one's blocking and counter attacking skills! Learning how to absorb getting bashed over the head is the same thing! Excellent video!

I see some guys putting stupid comments but do u know the amount of practice and dedication needed to innovate and move like Master Wong? His physique is not just muscles, he is tough and his practice allows him to hit with any part of his body. His body isn't made in the gym, his muscles are toned due to rigorous practice. Live in an asian village, a woodcutter, a blacksmith would have tough muscles that wont break with any punch. It's not high protein low carb and fitness train shit, its sheer hardwork muscles that come rigorous hardwork not in the gym but in life. It's funny when a Western fighter wins guys say wing chun or kung is just shit and when someone beats a Western style fighter they say the guy wasnt up to the mark he wasnt a fighter at all. One should realise that the theory applies both ways. Master wong doesnt teach mma, he teaches how to defend and trust me, on the street he will pluck ur balls off before u would blink.

Master Wong, I have defeated a guy who would have knocked me out had I not dipped my head and made his fist skip off my forehead, breaking his fist bones. I grappled his arm as it went by, using his momentum against him to push his body straight down. I then took full mount and began beating him until he quit fighting.

I have conditioned my forehead quite thoroughly over the years and have a calcium deposit in the middle on the ridge on my hairline that sticks out about 1/8 of an inch and is about an inch and a half round and it's definitely made a difference as I have won both a head but competition from the local champion and once gave a friend a seizure and had to catch him because he wanted to go head-to-head quite literally I've since come down in regards to such things but I could still probably break a brick with my forehead and not have to worry much if at all so this is definitely doable
