Thank you for taking the time to make this. Your thoughts on level 20 twinks? to have access to more dungeons and 100% mount - i had a druid going then the nerfs on warforged gear kinda killed it. - the shadowlands gems are nice but a bit bugged

Good luck! You can start boosting early on, but when you start getting warforged with perfect stats and sockets on top of it is when you start the get really overpowered. :) But it takes a long time to really start picking those up.

How do you get epic quality warforged items in draenor dungeons? Just luck in normal mode? Can't do HC obviously as level 10, and in normal I only have sen upgrades with sockets (whioch are still good) but nothing warforged in quite a lot of runs

You can always create an heirloom piece on a high lvl alt or main, add the enchant to that, and mail the piece to your twink. Those pieces work great until you can replace them with BiS, especially so while leveling up to 11 or 20 or 30.

I was checking them out, but if you do manage to get the rings to proc sockets in WOD you wont need them and honestly may be a DPS loss because of the lost int. But without the socket procs the mechagon rings may be a good choice.

i have a lvl 11 monk, and since timewalking gives 64 gear, it does make you feel like a god.

@@Shamplox Ahh thanks for replying. I've capped my MW monk at level 10 but might make a level 11 twink now to compare. My level 10 MW is insane so excited to test at level 11! I did get the Ooze trinket but I'm really unsure if it was worth the hassle of getting to Plaguefall then farming it.

@@itsbigbadben i did get a bug or issue, where i couldnt join timewalking at lvl 10 ( it said i was still lvl 8) thats my i leveld to 11. But is other gear still worth if timewalking is 60 at lvl 11 or ilvl 64 at lvl 12? i got Mindtap Talisman for 23 on-use intelect on my shaman

my og 10 monk twink gets ilvl 56 gear and im dumpstering everything but i think honestly best we will get is eithet tbc timewalking for the ilvl56 with sockets for days or WoD timewalking and aiming for that gear if it warforges but i think tbc will be the winner

@@OfficialMrKushUK I'm currently testing a MW twink at three levels - level 10, 11 and 12. My capped out level 10 is great and clears dungeons easily but my level 11 has a greater capacity to stack intellect so is even better I think. At 12 we can get a speed buff which would make clearing dungeons easier. I need to cap off my level 11 then I'll gear my level 12. I'll post the results on this thread when I know more!

I don't know if I missed some point, but I created my first twink monk and started boosting an alter and it turns out that the alter has a debuff called "Experience Eliminated" and doesn't gain any experience. Upon investigation I found out that this happens because someone in your party has experience gain disabled, which is paradoxical. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Yeah if you group up prior to queueing it will give a debuff to your friends in the party. You will need to communicate on voice somewhere and queue for a specific dungeon at the same time and announce when they both pop to know if you landed in the same dungeon. Once youre grouped up that way you no longer give the debuff and can requeue endlessly.

I dont believe you can obtain that one as a lvl 10. But it is broken for the other twink brackets from what im being told. I am actively gearing up a lvl 20 twink next to record a video for and will be testing that one out.

Running Timewalking, some go for other dungeons but TW gear is ok.. just gotta keep running it for your stats. Who knows you may just drop a purple. Good luck.

i've been wondering if the stats are = or >, how do you distribute them? should i take a bit of haste, versatility and crit and try to cap everything at the same time or maybe full gem into haste and then go for versatility (provided i already have crit capped)

I dont like to overstack any one stat or max out. Haste however seems to be the lowest desired stat for a MW monk.

The changes with the expansion has changed how gearing works now for twinks. You want to focus on gear with the most gem sockets now. I made this prior to the release of the latest expansion. But I will be reworking my videos in the near future. I recently came back from international trips for work and I am free for a while to redo videos again.

Hey i got the trink from plauge went to shadowmoon dungeon, the trink does like 1 or sometimes 2 damage on enemies also the ilvl drops is 24 and the warforged ones drops only 29 ilvl idk if im doing something wrong or if they changed this

Are you changing timeline back to present after queuing for other older content? Example, Queue for bc dungeons, and once queue timer starts revert timeline back to present.

Yes, the changes with the expansion has kind of altered this a lot for gearing your twink. I plan to rework my videos since these were created before the latest expansion dropped. Yes if you group prior you still have this. However if you queue for the exact same dungeon and communicate when they pop you can go in that way and not have the xp debuff. Queueing randomly and also the method above works to boost players.

brewmaster is still incredibly strong. But its not as fast, thats the main reason most go for MW monk at lvl 10.

Mw it's so much better I got 3 warforged items in about 25 dungeons. Also not sure if you knew but brilliant wizard oil is great addition to your weapon I believe it gives 9 intell and 5 crit possibly scaled down but give it a try.

How do you get 10 gold before level 10 btw? I did the exiles reach and ended at 10... i just kinda did each quest which probably wasnt smart so im like 200 xp off of 11. I only have 7 gold so I am not sure how to get more without hitting 11. Should I just go to lvl 20?

If youre on free to play you may have an issue if youre trying to cap at 10 on that. if youre not on free to play you can transfer gold from another character of yours.

@@InfiniteRenegade I am actually working on a lvl 20 MW monk twink right now. I plan to record content for it and examples of it clearing compared to a lvl 10 once I get it geared. But the main difference with a lvl 10 and a lvl 20 twink is that you normally use lvl 20 twinks on a free to play account. So you dont even have to cap their xp. Most though lvl and gear them on a paid account first and then transfer it to a free to play with all of the enchants and gear. Because free to play can not use the AH, trade, mail, etc. But, free to play lvl 20s get instant queues.

@@Lisa-zt4kk Lvl 20 is definitely viable and the benefit of a level 20 over a lvl capped 10 is that you get instant queues when queueing. the difference in clear speed is barely noticeable. I do plan to make a video for lvl 20s too.

Are you running WOD dungeons? And also Warforged items proc at roughly 10% of the time they drop. So you have to keep running WOD dungeons and hope one procs warforged.

It's ridiculous how buggy WoW becomes when your character is capped at lvl 10. I was able to skip shadowlands intro because the game recognised me playing it before, but still played the first time run for Shadowlands itself. I had to play through the entirety of Bastion before I could go to Plaguefall... It took me at least 2-3 hours just to REACH the Dungeon. And when I switched to Draenor the game basicly fell apart. It wouldnt let me switch at first so I had to return to the present, relog and then start Draenor and you know what happened? The game thought I already started Draenor so it wouldn't allow me to port to the Dark Portal. Instead it lead me to Ashran. When I was in Ashran I had no flying posts unlocked and wasn't allowed to use my garrison stone. So I went back to Orgrimmar, took a portal to Under City and used a flying Post all the way down the Map which cost about 15 Minutes in itself, to even start the Mission. Thats where im at right now, so let's see what comes next.

@@Commandramon74 yeah getting warforged + sockets + speed is hard, most times youll get either only the socket or only the speed. But 90% of the time its just warforged with neither.
