I'm here because I just went through hell with unboxing your crickets. It was my first time ordering crickets online. I used a big tub, took the egg crates out and there were many still in the box. Shook, banged, tapped. I'd guess a tenth of my order was just inaccessible. Even put my juvenile in the box to try to get them...tweezers, nets... Well I was able to get about 6 out those ways. I just needed to open the whole box to get rid of the corners? I reealy hate myself sometimes

Yes, but crickets are usually in the container for a bit and depending on temperatures there are often dead ones and cricket dust. Sure, it would be easy to just dump them in, anyone can do that, but with it comes all the junk. I simply pull out the crates and have a catching container, shake out the debris and dead and put the egg crates in the clean container and repeat.

Listen im with the one lady. I've been buying 500 3/4 crickets for a long time now. I put them in a 10 gallon fish tank. But listen when you pull out them egg crates dumping them all the poop that 500 crickets poop(and they poop a lot) and it makes the whole tank nasty plus in the process i got crickets jumping out all over my bedroom. The last 2 orders i just opened the box. Put it in the tank sideways. Then pull the egg crates out. But I have to leave the box in the tank just to keep cricket crap from getting all over the tank. I've been to figure out a way to shake out all the waste. Then put them in there like the video shows. If anybody out there knows how to get the waste out before you dump it please let me know. Because there waste smells just as bad as anything else's waste would smell.

OK, now make a video showing how to open the cricket box into one of the smaller cricket cages. It's much easier in a huge sterilite container, but realistically nobody keeps their crickets in tubs that large. I love the quality of your crickets, but I absolutely hate unboxing them and trying to get them into the cricket cage. I usually end up losing a couple dozen of them, at least.
