Here's a tip that I learned from Lindsay on the Frugal Crafter (I saw this AFTER I clogged several of my expensive bottles) She said first if your using any mica or eye shadows that have mica's in them, you should cut the tube at the bottom of the bottle about 1/4 from the bottom because the mica settles and it will clog, not the tube but the spray part, #2 NEVER Shake the bottle for this reason (the clogging) she said that when what people should do is swirl the bottle like "ringing a bell" in a swirling motion so the bottle won't clog. I wasted money on the very expensive bottles. The ones that have a different nozzle and have a open/close part at the neck of the bottle. Hope this helps. for anyone looking for help with the continues mist sprayer bottles for (curly) hair, you just have to but vinegar in the bottle and spray with it and it will open back up, then thoroughly clean it and put the water for your hair back in again.

thank you so much i’ll be back and see if it works- update: i only had distilled vinegar at home but it hasn’t helped it, i think its made it worse tbh😭😭😭 its not even spraying straight anymore, which was the initial problem, its just bubbling up white liquid😭 and now my hands stink of vinegar😩😩

Thanks, actually worked. My rooting hormone dilution was too strong and clogged so I jammed a paperclip in and out and it works

Thank you for this video. I think a straightened paper clip would work for clearing out the tube. I Tried cleaning the nozzle on some of my homemade and store bought mist sprays and I found that a pin worked to clear the nozzle...It was so simple! I haven't used my mists for years because I didn't think to search for how to unclog my bottles! Now I can use them again. TFS!

In the past when I used an airbrush I had a similar problem.In airbrushing the problem is remedied by only putting THIN DYES in the airbrush and never using THICK PAINTS in the airbrush.

I liked the pink better bf you added the charcoal, thats just my opinion though. I think I would have added a pearly mist or shimmer or opalescent. it's very pretty though.

Just put in warm soapy water ....and let sit for 10mins whatever, plugging the spray will dissolve..

Which is better to make your mist with water or alcohol?

Depends on the base of your colorant. Alcohol and water color don't mix well. But water and a little alcohol will mix.

Do you want anyone to be able to hear you? Because i can't. it's like you're barely whispering. It's a good idea, when recording audio, to record at as high a level as you can without distortion. Back in the good old days of analog tape decks, that meant recording at levels where the level spiked into the red but did not stay there. So the loudest audio would send the needle very briefly into red -- a little. Then, the listener can set the playback to a comfortable level. But I cannot do that. I would imagine I'm not the only person with lousy playback audio, but if you had recorded at a good level, I would be able to hear you very well, and might even -- would most likely, if it was well recorded -- need to turn the audio down. Alas, that is not the case here, and the only way I can hear what you are saying is to glue my ear to the speaker, which I really would rather not need to do.
