I cannot see the paper. Turning off didn't help. However, unplugged it, plugged it back, turned it on, and the printer forced out the jammed paper. So your video did help me, just in another way. :-) Thank you.

If this doesn’t work, unplug it and replug it until you can see the paper. (Mine had accidentally scooped up the paper underneath when it was doing the other side)

This Video was very helpful. Thank you. I removed the paper from the rear exactly like you did. When I turned my printer back on the error 1303 still exists telling me there is a paper jam at the rear of the paper but there is no paper in there as I have removed it. Do you have any suggestions to what I might do next. I have turned my printer off and on a few times to see if this would resolve the problem but it did not. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
