Hayabusa style was stupid easy. I was over here predicted we’re gonna face Ryu himself and get our whooped just like in Nioh 2.

I just kind of naturally gravitated towards the odachi..i want to try to use a great sword but I'm limited to just one combat style as of now..I used the oxtail blade briefly and it was super fun..too many choices. The amount of depth that is in these weapons is amazing

@@leodemarco8041 Kill Li at the end of chapter 1 to unlock the style. Sometime before the end of Chapter 3, when you go back to Edo, use the testament of souls to go back and spare Li. Reflect the change in your current time. Eventually you will get The Watchman bond mission. Do it to unlock Amabe in the Ninja Village to train with him to master the style

@@tootallforyou112I found out. You gotta go to Combat Styles or Equipment in the menu and look at Upgrade Rquirements for each style. A lot of them you can upgrade from spending time with certain characters. Nioh-ryu upgrades come from Praying to shrines. I think like 25 of them or something.

How do you increase the vagabond faction bond?

You can build stronger ties with factions by completing Shogunate Missions. On your map, Anti-Shogunate missions are highlighted in green, while Pro-Shogunate missions appear in purple.

@TeamNinjaZakkuRye I knew about the pro/anti shogunate stuff(easy to understand because of the color they are). Just was confused about how to increase the Vagabond... if you look there are 3 bonds... the anit/pro shogunate and vagabond.

there’s a hidden special enemy in chapter 1. Martial heir. Then just defeat fugitives to upgrade it
