Jake, I just bought the Blonde/Oxblood version with the cream back Celestions. It’s my understanding that the black face version is the one that needed updates. As for my experience so far I have found no fault with mine, other than the fact that tone wise it’s not identical to it’s tube version predecessor. But at 33 pounds I can overlook that. It’s very close in tone and well, I love it! Nice playing by the way. Thanks for the video!

Has anybody tried the blonde update with the 57 and the md421 instead of the 57 and the royer?
