Hello, is it possible to update the order code to be able to make an upgrade of firmware version (example I have a V3.2 relay and i want a V5.1) ? thx

Hi Julien, Unfortunately not, the V3.2 and V5.2 have different hardware. So in this case, is not possible to update the old relay to a newer version. However, if the relay is physically changed it is possible to migrate the relay configuration in PCM600.

Hi Mr. Biplob and thanks for your question! The process for the firmware update is shown correctly. However, the SW version is not consistent in some parts of the video. Please note that when updating the relay firmware to version 5.1.16 then after successful firmware update the SW version 5.1.16 is visible both in PCM600 and in the relay display. We hope that answers your question!

Few relays internal fail, Run time apps error several time coming i don't know why relay doing like that behaviour.

Hello @mr.biplob3795. Relion firmware update package can be downloaded via the ABB Data Care portal protection.datacare.abb.com/ with the protection relay serial number.
