This video is 8 months old. With that in mind, is the process to update software and firmware the same for the V3 models? Plus is Airdata app the still required to do the updates on the V3 model and SE Controller or is there a different App for the V3 model?

I got my V3 with the Smart SE controller. I noticed I'm missing several of the intelligent flight modes. My updates say they're up to date. Tripod and parallel tracking are my most used modes. Any way I can get those installed?

My remote only shows android system update option only. I do not have the ability to click the Autel app as all I have is the UAV app.

Everything went well except it says failed to send firmware , reboot aircraft and try again. Did this 4 times, suggest?

So you leave the drone off on the first software updates and then turn on on drone on the last one correct

That is correct. Once the System, then Autel App are updated, the Drone will need to be connected and FW update done.

Nobody is returning my calls or support emails at Autel. I sent my Evo 2 V2 in for repair (faulty connection caused crash) and other than the 1250.00 estimate to repair I cant get anyone to reply. Please have someone look into my case number(s). It has been a month now since this process began. Thank you

Other two companies are saying middle to end of July know 😭 Advexure and Aliexpress were the only ones that I know of that actually shipped units. This is a major flaw and frustration of Autel. You could be day one pre-order, but end up weeks or a month behind other people that pre-ordered later.

With the Surreal prices offered by autel robotics to its products it will probably be almost impossible to reach or even surpass the DJI manufacturer's level in relation to DRONES. If you continue in this exorbitant value footprint, you will be forgotten like many other companies.

Now that V2 Smart Controllers are getting into people's hands, how do we install Beta Versions of Autel Explorer App and V2 Evo 2 Pro FW? This update method sucks. There's no manual update workaround. Then again I have yet to see Autel respond to a comment on their KZbin channel. And they want to sell multiple new drones? 🙄 Might want to consider uprising your support operations FIRST.
