Hi Simon……. I up graded my screen the other day in my 1990 Range Rover (owned since new)…. I drove into the local service station and washed it!!! A significant improvement was observed!!!! Bloody bat 🦇 shit !!!! Regards Ian 👨‍🎤🇳🇿👍🍸🍸

I had a 2020 D240 110 First Edition with the original smaller screen and now have a 2023 D250 90 HSE with the bigger screen - while I like what the bigger screen displays I don’t like that it looks like something that came free out of a MaxPower magazine sitting slightly proud of the facia. Much preferred the more integrated look of the 10” screen sitting between the padded rails of the dash. Also I own a 2024 Mini Countryman S E with the big OLED centre display - I hope and pray that JLR don’t vandalise the Defender’s dash to integrate all the heating/air con controls into the one big screen - the new Mini’s vital controls are a nightmare being combined in the touch screen. Chunky rotary controls and big switches are way easier to use on and off road. It’s one reason why I didn’t buy a latest generation RRS PHEV instead of another Defender - everything is now on one touchscreen in the latest Range Rovers that renders them difficult to use when driving and using voice controls doesn’t work 99% of the time for these vital functions.

Just did the upgrade with your new plastics. Works great! Just needed to reboot the pivi by holding the power/volume knob down. I do have the wade sensing issue. Did you ever find a fix?

That fits very neatly Simon…..is the larger screen a small fortune from JLR though? Certainly if I had an earlier Defender, I would be looking to do that upgrade. Meanwhile, I really miss Surround Camera on my L494…I guess there are no aftermarket versions available to show the front and side views…bay parking going in forwards can be really difficult to judge. Hi Richard - the screen is expensive from Land Rover - £1500 + ! Upgrading the camera system on your sport may be difficult

those are oem screens and will not work, you need same screen to swap the back connector to use those ones

Yes - we have the bracket design done - the wiring change is the same for the 11.4 conversion. These will be on the website in the next week along with video on KZbin ! Note - we have only done the 10" to 13" conversion - we have not yet done the 11.4 > 13" conversion

@@L663 We are way out west... Several friend's have been effected. As normal the Govt are slow to assist. Many Pilots with planes and helicopters are assisting in North Carolina flying in water and food, and flying back with passenegers..passengers... It's crazy...
