I didn't understand the "mark unlisted" advice at the end of the video... Can you say more about why that's important and you mentioned something about the highest quality version of the video being uploaded before switching over to "public". How long does this process take before we should switch from unlisted to public?

Until it finishes "processing", which really doesn't take that long. Under the video details on the dash, look on the right side where it says "video quality". If you see the 'HD' icon there, it's done processing and you can publish it. The only thing that happens if you push it out to public before it's done processing in HD is that viewers will see it in 480p instead of HD.

Uploading a video to "KZbin" is like giving a CD to my cousin! I gave a CD of my singing to my cousin to listen to in his van and said to him "I hope you like it" and he replied "Don't worry if I don't like it I'll waz it outta window".
