I am inspired. I usually make fries with fresh potatoes. How much better if they are prepped and frozen? But probably 5 lbs at a time, not 50! 😅

We have the same chopper - love it! We call it The Slammer. Lol. I’m glad to hear you talk potato quality, or lack of it. That’s our experience as well. Frustrating! I’m tired of throwing out half of every bag we buy. Buying them individually is still iffy - cut into them and center is black! Outside looked fine. We’ve pretty much switched to rice and pasta. Occasionally we buy potatoes hoping for a few good ones. Thanks for sharing how to prep them for freezer.

Yes! We get that too - the potatoes look fine outside but they are rotten inside. -- My suggestion is to find a local farmer near you that sells to restaurants. They will have good spuds. ---- You realize we have to adopt that name now - lol -- the Slammer it is!
