Thanks for watching and glad you liked the video! Yeah the Bren and top-loading magazines were an interesting development. They'd definitely help with loading in prone but like you said, had a lot of pros and cons as well.

The tantal bipod for my AK moved the zero so much. I’m surprised that the pols went with the purpose attached to the gas block which messes with the harmonics of the barrel.

Whatcha shooting? MR556 with a custom lower? Looks like you’ve got the extended castle nut, ambi end plate, commercial buffer tube, geissele charging handle, v7 black grip, gen 3 black mag, and the slimline stock?

Pretty much spot-on. The upper receiver is a HK416 one and the rest of the parts are from my MR556 when I did my G95K-inspired build, so it's essentially an MR556. The lower is an ADM4 with all the parts you mentioned, just with a Mil-spec buffer tube instead.
