I find cutting a long piece of wire and just making the links from there saves on wire. I just stick the long end through the hole. This tool is truly a game changer because I am terrible at making open loops.

I couldn’t agree with you more! I love this tool as well you can make so many pieces of jewelry and it’s such a time saver too👍 Easy great loops every time for every project! !! Worth the investment hands down 😊

I’m glad I’m not the only one with issues using this looper tool. I cannot get it to work for nothing. This girl here makes it look soo easy. It’s not for me.🌻

It’s a super easy tool to use but you are right not for everyone! For those who are advanced in jewelry making you may never use this but I think for beginners it should work well….thanks so much for commenting, I appreciate you ❤️🙏

What looper do you recommend? Brand? Size? I'm not sure which to buy. Thanks in advance!! :)

Hi Sylvia I would go with the Beadsmith brand, you can find them cheaper on Amazon or buy from Michael’s or Joann…. make sure to use your coupons 😉 also I only know of 2 sizes 2.25 mm and 3mm I honestly think there won’t be much difference either will do.They work exactly the same and take a little practice to get used too but you’ll love all the beautiful things you can create ❤️ let me know how it goes!!

The safest way is double wire wrapping that’s what I do these loops would soon open and the necklace fall apart!!

Hi Bonnie thanks for the advice I so appreciate it, unfortunately these bead holes did not allow for double wiring to pass through but if you have the space YES that would be a good idea !

I hate the looping pliers. The circles are not circles they come out oval shaped and they also look like P’s most of the time instead of lollipops, like they’re suppose to look like. Very disappointed with this took. It was a waste of money. It makes our pieces look sloppy. I wouldn’t pay money for a piece made like this so how could I ask someone to pay for them. Mind you a lot of jewelry is made cheaply these days. You see big knots in some pieces and I was taught by a pro many years ago and she would be mortified to see a tied know in jewelry. I can hear her still. Weave and turn direction at least 3 times and reinforce your work! 😹😹😹💝🥰

Hi Susan thanks so much for your insight, I totally understand and the Looper is definitely for those wanting to start jewelry making and for those who get frustrated with loops, it’s an art after all !! If you are a seasoned jewelry crafter I’m sure this is not your cup of tea and I totally understand 😊 🥰👍

I always found they did a round loop but then i do tweak a bit

@@mazadan Most of the time I get around loops as well but you are right I also go back and check if they aren’t closed. For the most part it’s a great tool for beginners!! Thank you for your comment I love getting feedback ❤️
