It's hard to imagine fitting me and the ball in the hospital bed (assuming I'm hooked to an IV or epidural). Aren't there smaller balls?

Yes! Good question! You could also use pillows as an alternative or deflate the ball to your liking. 🥰👍

I actually was given one of these by my hospital nurse, after an epidural and in the bed with a folie. It did sped up labor and was actually very comfortable. She had me press the ball gently every 10-20 minutes.
