Tens units help truck the brain into not feeling pain. If you have a deg disc at L5/S1 www.coxtechnic.com is the technique of choice for that condition. We have two cox table in our office. That will help you much more than a tens unit.

Yes it can but I find cold laser much more effective for knee arthritis.

Can we use it for vagus nerve stimulation

N E good question yes there have been some studies done on that using points in the left ear. You would need a special tens unit for a vagus nerve stimulator.

N E question is why do you want to stimulate the vagus nerve? Or are you trying to inhibit the vagus nerve? There are better ways to do that, than through the ear. Cold laser therapy is effective and so is a chiropractic adjustment.
