I'm waiting patiently for a battery-powered version which rotates the round peel 180 degrees in relation to the handle when you push a button.

Great video but I still didn't get confident in using that peel after couple of months of using it. Most of the time I manage to turn it but there's always a concern I'm going to break the dough underneath. What happens to me is when I try to break the seal, sometimes peel sticks to the dough and I can't pull it out. Like the dough closer to the opening isn't baked well enough and I'm already baking it for 30 seconds at a right temperature. Anyone had a same problem and managed to solve it? Please let me know, I'd be thankful

The stone might not be hot enough or you tried to turn it too soon?

They should just have a lazy Susan at the end of the pizza peel
