You didn't speed through the movements, your tone and pace are on point, you showed the full process including how to get sketches (I can't draw) and how to color them in sections. Answer to you issue at 10:10: If you have other paths selected and you move the Pen Tool close to add, it will add a point. Deselect your other objects (i.e. your jacket sketch) before adding your seamlines so that you won't have that issue:) You did a great job explaining your method!
