Excellent video...i made a long pin of the size 1000*2100 and its getting chopped from the top and bottom. Can you tell me why so? What can i do? Thank you so much.

Yes, unfortunately if you don't stick with a 2:3 ratio or 1000X1500 pixels, you run the risk of your Pins being truncated. So I would just resize them to 1000x1500 pixels!

I thought Pinterest didn't like Tailwind (or any 3rd party publishers) has that changed now?

Yes I add it always

@@theflynn5421 that's a common misconception 😃Tailwind has been an approved Pinterest scheduler for years! So people prefer to use the Pinterest scheduler, or live Pin, but I've always used Tailwind for my clients... especially with Pinning multiple times a day, it would be impossible to do that all manually. I also don't like scheduling on the platform because there's limitations. I find that some people who use Tailwind don't always follow best practices, so it's not always a reflection of the scheduler being used (or Pinterest not distributing those Pins), but the fact that they aren't implementing a good Pinterest strategy. Hopefully this helps! 😃

You told everything except how to use alt text on pinterest

At 9:09 I explain that for alt text you're writing/explaining what people will see, this is explained verbatim in the video. I can't tell you what you'd write for your Pins because obviously your Pin, and what people are seeing, is different than what they'd see on mine. 😊😉
