That's why I like virtual DJ , they're like super way ahead of their time. They had the stems option like 2 years ago and the option is more advanced. Though I do like serato DJ for certain things and I use serato studio a lot for beat making.

Yea but sound wise, it has always been unusable I could never imagine playing in a big club on it Unfortunately anything outside of home just isn't possible in my own opinion

@@tejanolife79 Not anymore bro, The OFFICIAL release is here for 3.0 I actually still haven't put it on my working gig laptop, But that was just if you wanted to keep a copy of the official 2.6, and run the 3.0 beta, But the official is out, so not needed anymore. I'm just being extra cautious

hahahahha no worries bro!! IT'S ALL GOOD!!! And honestly so important, Like I wont even TALK about the update around my Gig computer... Siri gonna hear me talking about it and crash serato Friday night just out of spite 😂😂😂😂 I wish I did say it first because it's super important, In all honesty, I probably wont even install the official Serato 3.0 release, I'll wait for like 3.0.5 before I ever install it in a working setting. But on the update - Like it's dope, not gonna hate, But I feel like it's pretty gimmicky, The analyzation + space it takes up is crazy, so don't even know if this is something I will keep enabled, There is a "stems" crate that you can pre analyze stuff, which is a whole other can of worms Sound wise its a 9.5 / 10. But if I use it, it'll prob be way more in the sense of processing the acapella/insty out before hand, Than dropping it in Pro Tools and doing the edits elsewhere. In a live setting?? I just really cant see it..... With the size of the files, and the "during preformance" on load analyzation I just dunno about that I guess you can premake some sick sets?

This is exactly what I was talking about in your other video. I have serato 3.1.1 and I don't have the slicer auto loop options in replace primary hardware pad mode with stems. I just have sampler. Should I get in touch with serato or is it a easy fix to get the other options?

Which controller do you use ? You should be able to use it stand alone To the side of the screen under hot cues
