With using this tool, I ended up being in the 98% percentile. I never would have thought, that this would be possible. So again: Thank you so much! "Cloze" cards are no longer showing the "extra" or display images when added. In order to solve this please follow these steps: in an empty cloze card, add a new field and name it "extra" close the card and go to the main anki window and go to "tools" select "manage note types " select "cloze " select "choose cards " at the bottom center choose "add field" change field from "text to extra" change "add to": from "front to back" Press ok and try and see if works

Also the art of using tags helps tremendously. You can live off it with just a single deck. Ex: genpath_Bloodvessels Clinpath_transfusionmedicin Just copy and paste it from the deck description that you have made and into custom study session if you want to study a specific topic. I'm telling you, anki is boss.

Pro Tip: At 3:18 he quickly inserted the image. To do this first press "Shift"+"Command"+"Control"+"4". Using the on-screen tool cut out the image required. Then go to the ANKI box where you want to insert image and press "Command"+"V". P.S + means to press the buttons together.

Adding additional info (IF ANY): Alt + F 7a. Hide All Reveal One: Ctrl+Return 7b. Hide One Reveal All: Ctrl+Shift+Return 8. Can someone explain Cloze deletion to me? It doesn't seem very useful as you can see all the answers. For example...in his he had atherosclerosis in __________________ --> narrow lumen. Then the next card was athlerosclerosis in epicardial coronary arteries --> ________________. The second card seems worthless because you already saw the answer ("narrrow lumen") in the first card. Are Cloze deletion cards really more effective than standard question on front, answer on back cards? I'm doing A level biology/chem/physics/maths (in UK) and using Anki for them, so not sure if that affects it. My cards tend to just be like an exam questions, where they say "describe _____" or "explain _____" or "define _____" and then the answer on the back. I don't type notes so it seems like Cloze cards would take longer to make, and it seems like it wouldn't prepare me as much for the exams as most of the questions are describe/explain/whatever, rather than being fill in the blanks types. Not sure what the benefits of Cloze cards are?
