Thank you Barrie! Picking up my 2019 Fabia this Saturday. Didn’t realise it had Apple Car Play. Was thinking about a trip to Halfords to get it retrofitted. Very helpful and clear advice on how to set up. This vid is in my favourites.

Hi, I see in one of the comments you told them to plug the phone in. Do you always have to use a cable or is that just for set up. I am asking to try and get this working on my mother’s car so I don’t have it to look at. 2018 fabia. Where is the plug/ usb? Thanks for your help great system buy the looks of it.

I have exactly the same radio (Skoda Rapid), but I can't turn on Carplay. Do I need to update the radio software? The radio only has an SD slot in the glove box.

it may not have Carplay, plug your iphone in and check under general in settings
