Thank you for contacting us! Please pay attention to this rule: Do not measure blood pressure several times in a row without removing the cuff. Wait at least 5 minutes between intervals. Ideal measurement situation: the user drank tea / coffee at least 30 minutes ago, before the measurement he sat in a calm state for 5 minutes, put the cuff on correctly and sat quietly during the measurement, removed the cuff between several measurements and sat quietly at the same time. If the results obtained in this situation differ by about 10 mm Hg, this is considered normal. Calculate the average between them. This will be your average pressure. The Paramed device does not have a Kpa measurement function. Only in mmHg. Therefore, we do not provide a function for switching units of measurement. Does the cuff have to be strapped over the tube my arm is to big doesn’t look like the video when I put it on my arm.

The tube should be connected to the device and the cuff. And during the measurement, it is better not to put your hand on the tube. Please clarify your question so that I can explain better.

Unfortunately, the user cannot adjust the cuff inflation by himself. This is done when the device is created. But you can follow these rules: 1. Secure the cuff using the Velcro so that it sits flush but doesn't press on your arm. 2. Remove the cuff between multiple measurements to allow blood vessels to restore blood flow.
