Hello, when you copy the remote control, please try to keep the remote control as close as possible. Press the AB buttons together until the indicator light flashes, then copy with the remote control as close as possible

@@qiachip Yes, both original remotes don't work anymore. I purchased 2 of your remotes previously (call them A and B), those are programmed with the original remotes. then, I purchased an extra remote (call it C) Tried to program remote C with remote A and with remote B. What happens is over and over again, is the following 2 situations: - After resetting the new remote, when trying to program, the new remote gives 3 light flasehes (2 times), and it its not programmed. or - After resetting the new remote, when trying to program, the new remote gives many very quick flashes, resulting in that it is programmed. But the remote A (or B) as source, looses it's functionality. My original remotes (delivered with the door opener) are indeed 433 MHz. Coding format can be copied I am totally puzzled

You might have mistakenly restored the erased code, try and erase the code again. Be careful not to press the c & d button at the same time, it restores the code.
