@@WorldRandomVideos Let me ask you this, I own a 2010 Toyota Yaris and it tends to take off very slow at a red stop, to the point that I get honked at, for not picking up speed as quickly as it should, but there is no check engine light, and the car even passed smog under those same circumstance, so my question is, will this device diagnose the problem? and if so, what icons options should I click on off the screen or should I focus on or which if not just one?

@alexshatner3907 hello my friend, I would say about 80% this Bluetooth OPD II may tell you what could be wrong or find code, Since there's no check engine light on so you need to do full scan it will take little longer time it depends on car computer and module some cars can take up to 8 minutes, But it will scan entire car system, According what you described, there are several possibilities, here are some tips 1- tune up, spark plugs , may need clean or replace, that also lead to misfire codes when lose power or rough engine 2- sensors such as o2 Sensors or mass air flow sensor etc. And the list goes on that's why always scan for troubleshooting codes to find out, Thank you and all the best 🙏 ☺️ 3-

Hello my friend, very good question, in fact you this is first time question, no one asked same question before, The answer it does not tell you if fan when kicks on or off, for that you need more advanced scan tool obd11 more expensive to read electrical components such as fuses, relays and fans and even wires shortage and more , I am looking to buy obd11 can do all that and more important is to do key program, advanced scan tool more expensive and many different brands I still don't know which brand is better for price and has all necessary options, thank you and all the best ☺️🙏

Can I diagnose my door locks on my 350z with it I’m trying to find out if it’s my Bcm or if I have a short somewhere or should I get something like an autel scanner?

This blue driver can't scan door lock actuator or any other car electrical such as sun roof back door, hood etc, it can only scan engine and transmission and Exhaust sensors and some cars abs and srs , there are many scan tools with touch screen and more expensive start $500 and up some of those models and brand such as autel can do more options and functions scan, Thank you and all the best 👍 👌 😍

Yes it does, it can scan for misfire for example cylinder #1 or #2 abd so on or bad Sparkplugs or Sparkplug coils also, thank you and all the best

@@WorldRandomVideos on compatibility check on their site it shows misfire count in the options for my car however my car is a 1997 and it says next to it (most cars 2008 or newer)

It suppose to show misfire from 1996 and newer , try to update the the app and update the sensor while app is connected to blue driver, it may help otherwise bluedriver is not 100% working fine sometimes it does not show codes even for new car, that's why some people would rather to spend more money for better advanced scan tool. Don't waste your money on bluedriver I bought one 2020 for 120€ it is not good it suppose to work for airbag and lots other things, but it's very limited with expensive OBD scanners I find lots of codes but bluedriver find either nothing or 1-2 code and airbag nah not working for that.

You fail to mention that Bluedriver only works with the big four automakers but not imports.So far it does NOT work on two Nissan's, one VW and one Toyota. Their support is no help. Have you done a review of any OBD scanners on which car makes AND models it is compatible with?

@@WorldRandomVideos Yes but that list is deceiving. Certain 2008-2016 models of VW, Toyota andNissan are not included. It failed to read VIN, missed codes, no live data etc.

Bluedriver can't read vin # or live data for even compatible vehicles not only what you have mentioned, Blue Driver it used to be one of the best top 10 obd11 scanners for avarge price $100 or so but not anymore, maybe no more new updates, Blue Driver has bad things too, according yo my search I find out that all obd11 brands and names must have some bad or missing opinions , even the more expensive ones above $1000 some you need to pay for updates and more charges, So free updates is really a good option.

I own a 2014 Nissan and live data a codes work just fine. It also works on my 96 Corolla without issues. Maybe you need to update the app or sensor. I purchased last year and never had a single issue with it. Reads both Vin numbers and also works on my 99 Honda

Hello my friend, you are right, I agree it's not support airbag codes for some vehicles maybe or for all ? and I found out live data is useless and very slow, it's OK to use for find engine code and maybe other good options such is frazw frame, smog check, all systems module Thank you so much and all the best 👌 👍

Bought it today to check fault codes on my CLK 2004.. It could find no fault codes.. I feel I’ve just thrown away £118.00
