I will recommend use box with bubble wrap for fragile stuffs. Carriers will throw around the package and your package can be hit or pressed under multiple packages. Hope this can help you.

UV sunlight has good penetration through plastic. Dark cloth or tin foil is much better for blocking it.

For most items, you can have bubbles face inside to cushion your items unless the items have sharp edges.
