Tnx mam.. I also switch on to cast iron utensils... I bought two cast iron tawas and two kadais.. One from indus veley and two from rock brand.... These are excellent working.... But requires too much care... But i am happy with them

Baba syster Kamal ki baat bataiye aapane hamare yahan lohe ki kadhai mein mitti dalkar raat bhar chhod dete Hain aur subah use surf ya sabun se dho kar saaf karte hain aur FIR usmein Pani dalkar chulhe per Chadha kar kha liya jata hai ubala jata hai Pani ko aur yah process Kareeb 10 15 minut tak pani ko kadhai mein ubala jata hai to yah kam ab main band karungi aur aapka bataya hua bataye hue baton ko follow karungi thank u syster aapane bahut acche tarika bataen❤😊🎉

You need not to do haldi process... Only wash it with soapy water and after drying apply thin layer of sarso oil and heat the cookware till it smokes... After that switch off tur gas and let it cool... Do this process for three times... That's all..... I have 5 cookwares.. And I did the same process and those are working excellently
