I need a indication to indicate which limit switch is working (forward or reverse switch) . And say set of 4 leds to work in both forward and reverse direction. You have to check the maximum range of frequency for this IC. Since your application requires 40k(RPM), this chip should have the capability of sensing 40-45k input signal.

+Sarathi Kannan The same way we are controlling using microcontrollers ryte? In a controller, when output pin is "0" you can control loads which is connected with high. It is called sinking loads. "0" means ground. "-ve" means reverse current not a ground. Please check this practically to confirm.
