another way to do it is use PS4 remote play on your pc. its a lot easier to do. but you gotta have decent internet

I only have one port on my laptop. If i connect from controller port to the laptop port, how will i hear through my headphone?

I was able to get it working. I don’t have a line-in option but the realtek sound management has the aux count as the realtek microphone in Sounds. There’s hella delay though and there’s a constant staticky running water noise.

You won't be able to use wireless headphones with the PS4 but they will work just fine with your PC

I'm not familiar with Apple computers so I can't give a detailed answer. Mac computers do have a line in feature so a similar process can be used.
