How to use elastic silicone screen print on elastic ribbon？
Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.
2.: Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:10% slow dry XG-MB-1 Mid dry XG-ZB-1
4.Silicone thinner XG-128A adding ratio:0-20%
5.Heating Temp and time: cure temp :60℃~100℃,dry by room temp.
Step1.Elastic silicone ink clear printing for 4-6 layers :
Elastic Silicone XG-130A 50G
Elastic Silicone XG-130B 50G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G
Cure by 60℃~100℃, or by room temp.
Step2.Color effect silicone printing for 3-4 layers :
Elastic Silicone XG-130A 50G
Elastic Silicone XG-130B 50G
Silicone pigments XG-501 10G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G
Cure by 60℃~100℃, or by room temp.
3A.Matte silicone ink for top coating printing 1-2 layers.
Matte silicone top coating for 2 times wet on wet printing:
Matte silicone ink XG-136M-1 100G
Slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1 10G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 0-10G
Cure by 60℃~100℃, or by room temp.
3B.Glossy silicone ink for top coating 2 layers:
Glossy silicone ink XG-399-2 100G
Slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1 10G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 0-10G
Glossy top coating for 2 layers wet on wet printing,to get silicone bubbles out first ,try to use cold wind to support and it will be better to use low temp by longer heating time to avoid bubbles problem.
Cure by 60℃~100℃, or by room temp.
After printing , to heat by 80℃ for about 2-3 minutes or do not heat ,room temp to keep for over 24 hours.
