Using Essential oils has been a daily practice for me I don't have children but as a young woman with down syndrome safety is a must can't do strong smoky musky anything but am easing into using Cedarwood a little bit more

Btw I have a very potent organic sacra frankincense oil that I want to use with my non verbal autistic son who’s 8 and half but was bit worried in giving it to him. Can I use normal coconut oil or does it have to be fractionated oil?

The main thing is to leave doors open so they can get away from the smell if they don't like it. It is also important to use high quilty oils. Yes! Basically just tea tree can’t be used around cats. I always use the open door rule so they can get away if needed.
