Update ComfyUI again. I had the same error, it went away after updating ComfyUI again and restarting and refreshing the browser.

The prompt seem to have no effect on the end result. Is there a setting push towards the prompts direction over the original image?

SwarmUI has a couple parameters to improve the effect of prompting with redux (if unfamiliar, SwarmUI is a wrapper on top of comfy that makes it more accessible, including for powerusers)

You're looking for Crystools. You might need to disable the new top bar and then re-enable it for it to show up after installation.

anyone else getting the error? mat1 and mat2 shapes cannot be multiplied (257x1024 and 1152x12288) EDIT: Had bunch of errors trying to get this to work including flux1-redux-dev error but after updating comfyu, a bunch of restarts. chnaging the image to match the height and width it worked.

it works. just dont change the dual clip loader(gguf), use default models as in workflow. but you can change unet loader gguf node and can use gguf models.

I had the same issue at first. Had to do an Update All on Comfy and then Restart. Then it worked just fine!

Yep, as Todd says, I can confirm you need to Update All and restart. Had the same issue and that solves it.

I think you have to "blame" the developers. Automatic1111 isn't updating anymore, Forge is updating, but always after Comfy. Comfy and Swarm are the fastest ones to market.

Swarm is great if you don't want to mess with nodes for everything but still want comfy backend

I certainly didn't agree. I do use it now for some things Forge doesn't but for a long while even the more basic workflows didn't work for me. I spent more time dealing with non-node errors than generating. Fore is still my goto UI.
