Hello I saw your amazing and very helpful video. I have a couple of questions, how to setup vlice command to take pictures while driving like to how to activate that feature? Also there are 3 models on amazon from this company so which one is the greatest? ( hows the performance of 3.26inch screen dash cam of same company) Hope you can help me as its my first time buying a dash cam Thank you again

To turn on the Voice prompt go to the app settings and turn on voice prompt tone. This will enable the voice commands. I have only reviewed the T5 model and have not reviewed any other models so I can't comment on how they perform. I hope this helps.

In settings the parking mode do you keep this selection on at all times? Or is this something you must do every time you want parking mode on .

Is there a way to run this 24 hours a day without having to always connect to it? There was a point it seemed to do so while i wasn't close by, but now it won't even record unless I always connect to its wifi.

Does parkiing mode not work without a hard wired kit?

Yes, you need a hardwire kit with an ACC wire and a BATT wire in the hardwire kit. The ACC wire turns on Parking Mode and the BATT wire turns Parking mode off. Then the dash cam will go to its regular continuous recording.

The T5 has two IR lights in the front camera, for better images in low light. However, it has neither GPS nor screen. The T6 has GPS and a small screen with speed, time and some icons. No IR lights. These models have the same lens. I tried both and prefer the T6. I also discovered that OKCAR makes it is easy to control several focuway cameras in the same car or in different cars. Each camera has its own WiFi channel, and you have to set your iPhone to it before you can control the camera (i.e., set preferences or watch/download videos).

The time on my camera is never correct. How can I fix this?

A couple of very annoying things that I find about this camera system is that you cannot delete the videos in the emergency folder. My vehicle has very stiff suspension so it triggers emergency videos quite frequently. Unless I'm missing something I think the only way to delete them is the format the SD card. The other feature is that I notice on my Samsung phone, my speech to text will not work as long as I'm connected to the camera system. I literally have to shut off my Wi-Fi and then the speech to text will work.

Not sure I can help with your suspension issues. Yes, formatting you SD card is the only way is to format your SD card. I never have the WIFI on unless I am changing the setting or downloading a file from the dash cam. Leave the WIFI off.

@@JDWIRED yep. Figured all that out, was just saying that it's annoying that's all. In any case I did want to say thank you cuz your video is incredibly informative and I watched the other one too on the installation which made it easier so thank you!

You will need to obtain a hard drive recovery tool. Just make sure not to format your SD Card until you try to recover the missing files first.
