I really want to try this with the Replay mod. Problem I have that replay mod does not work at all for me with this setup. I installed it like how it's done in this video and it all works fine, I can play with both fabric and forge mods together but as soon as I get the replay mod in, minecraft does not want to load through forge. Removed all the mods and just left the fabric + forge stuff and just replay. Still refuses to load the replay mod for forge but starts up in fabric just fine. Remove the replay mod then it starts up in forge just fine. Was there a change to replay mod for minecraft 1.20.1 that came around after this video came out that makes it incompatible with this? Did something not install right or something?

This mod caused my game to crash and wasted 3 hours trying to fix errors that have absolutely no solution. All simply because I want ReplayMod to work on my Forge modpack. It's asinine how ReplayMod devs decided to stop supporting Forge, considering a lot of players are still using it. I've spent months to build a Forge modpack and turns out it's completely unusable for content. It's mind-boggling how ReplayMod also has no alternatives or competitors whatsoever. Crazy how easy it was for us to abandon Optifine ever since Sodium + IRIS became a thing. Same with Pixelmon when Cobblemon came out. We need a better and smoother cinematic mod.

Well you cant use shaders with it because there is no optifine for forge version 47.1.3 and sodium is required for iris shaders but sodium isn't compatible...

Hi, you can use Oculus (basically Iris forge) and Rubidium (or Embeddium) a forge fork of Sodium. I think embedium is less compatible with mods im always using Rubidium and it works fine with some mods replacing optifine features.

So far the only negative I've found is that, no matter how much you want, Patrix 32x and anything that uses connected textures will not work without Optifine.

Ok so scrap my previous post, I've worked with this a bit more and, you can have connected textures for Forge. What works for me is: Lazurite (Indium for Forge) Embeddium (Sodium for Forge) Oculus (Iris for Forge) Synitra Connector Forked Forgified API Continuity
