Brandon it took me at least 1.5 years to learn most all the things you pointed out in this video. Expecially when you cannot see your jig to move your transducer so you can see it, that’s the most important thing I got out of this video.😊

A 7" screen was all I could afford and it's worked great. Live scope changed my fishing capabilities a ton. I can tell if a brush pile is full of crappie or bluegill and move on to more productive spots.

Enjoy your videos Brandon. I have Livescope and an LVS32 on the trolling motor and an LVS34 on a Fishing Specialties pole. I usually spot lock and use the 34 on the pole. Think I will try your setup on the next trip. I thought we fished the same lake but when the camera turned while you were explaining the rod setup, a bank feature popped up that allowed me to confirm the location. Keep up the good work!

What is it about new technology. I'm 64 and I have seen the battles over traditional archery vs compound, flasher vs 2D, long range hunting vs standard distance shooting. I love what you said use what suits YOU!!!! I would love to have FFS but I am disabled and it just is not within my reach but I am not going to belittle anyone from using it. People have forgotten what fishing is all about FUN and fishing ain't much fun when you are not catching them!!

Appreciate the tips. The Blackbox and the LVS 34 is not in my budget yet so I just use a Garmin 73SV and still catch plenty of fish but my buddy updated last year and has Garmin Livescope and I’ve set in front of his boat at used it some. It definitely takes using it and practice but It definitely helps me save time because there’s times I would just fish a spot but using it I can say nah let’s move onto another brushpile. Im not for it of against it. I fine with using it or not. I hear you I just wanna fish! I’m taking from your information you provided that you like to keep the profile of the bait smaller and up your split shot size to help you catch more fish?

Brandon do you think setting your foward 2 clicks from down is why you see your jig falling so good ? I run my AT 1 at 1 click and it’s tough for me to see my jig a lot of the time. Maybe I should not have my foward view set so far out.
@BrandonLesterFishing2 ай бұрын
@@glenndaugherity6187 you should be able to see all the way to the top of the water column. How far out do you have your forward set? I personally never went past 70ft with AT1 but could see good out to there
@glenndaugherity61872 ай бұрын
@@BrandonLesterFishing Brandon I have mine set at 100’ I’ll try setting it out less and try 2 clicks. I run mine on a pole so it’s a little more challenging finding that bait and staying with it with a pole. Great video by the way 👍👍

@BrandonLesterFishing2 ай бұрын
