*Instructions:*
- Brew a cup of green tea and let it cool to a lukewarm temperature.
- After brushing your teeth, swish the green tea around your mouth for about 30 seconds.
- Spit it out and avoid rinsing with water immediately after to allow the catechins to work.
2. *Green Tea Consumption*
Regularly drinking green tea can help improve your oral health from within due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
*Instructions:*
- Drink one to two cups of unsweetened green tea daily.
- Ensure the tea is not too hot, as excessive heat can damage the gums and oral tissues.
