I used to have SO many problems inside my mouth. I am almost 80 years old, and about 3 years ago, I decided to experiment with what our grandparents used so many decades ago. Baking soda. I am cognizant of the fact that brushing too hard can rub the enamel off, so I do “ medium “ pressure on my teeth, gums, and of course tongue. I am overjoyed with the health of my mouth, now, PLUS how it gets rid of halitosis. ( Yes, I spit, and rinse. )

I would be in great shape, except for my diseases ! Have a wonderful weekend, Fame. ( for health reasons, I only eat once a day. Just came home from my daily meal, so will now take a boatload of vitamins/supplements, keep tabs on my iPad, and then sleep the hours off until tomorrow at lunchtime !😵💫 )

I've done the same thing with Bentonite Clay and had similar results. I leave the residual bentonite clay after brushing my teeth & get that smooth, clean feel like you just had teeth cleaned. I'll try this since it has the Hydroxyapatite. My kids seem to have more acidity and poor results at the dentist. Time to send CREST-COLGATE-ETC to the garbage.

Just got this powder and so far I really like it. I have a big habit of re-wetting my brush over and over again and brushing until most of the paste I used was gone before rinsing. I have a feeling I will need to break that habit a little so I don't completely get rid of the powder but still get rid of the "debris".

I have some questions. I ordered the whitening paste, but my main concern is the fact that i am seeing cavities at this point. I dont want to get a root canal or anything (not that i was told to) will this toothpaste and floss help heal the cavities i already have? Do i still need to go get a filling? If it does heal, how do i see the best results and what signs will i see that the teeth are healing

@tylerhall94122 ай бұрын
Don't listen to this person, you can absolutely heal cavities. I've done it myself with before and after x rays from the dentist to prove it. Cut out sugar from your diet completely. Don't eat bread. Don't eat vegetables unless you steam them for at least 5 minutes, and don't eat them often. Eat pasture raised beef bone marrow, and ground beef. Eat fermented oats, drink a little bit of milk keifer everyday, and as much raw milk as you want. Drink high alkalinity water. Take cod liver oil pills with a spoonful of grass fed cow butter. Brush your teeth with something like this. Do this for at least 3 months. If you are dying for sugar, eat raw honey on some farm bought sourdough bread. Your teeth are a bone with a blood supply to them. The inside of teeth is made up of dentin tubules that can deliver new dentin. Your teeth are, for the most part, healthy from the inside out, not the outside in.

I recently purchased your cool mint. For me, it is way too hot. Maybe I am too sensitive to it. So this morning I ordered the fruit flavor hoping the citrus isn't too harsh. I love the concept of rebuilding tooth. I have a very small beginning cavity the dentist wants to drill and fill. I told him I'm not going to fill it . . . yet. I want to see if this product can make it so I don't have to do that.

I just came across Dr. Michelle's channel and after watching one of her videos, I am very interested in buying her Hydroxypatite Tooth Power, but I have some questions please: 1.- What is the size of the jar? 2.- Are all ingredients organic or non-gmo? 3.- Instructions on the video recommend not rinsing your mouth after brushing, but in one of the comments she recommends using her mouth wash. Should I use mouthwash before brushing? 4.- If I want to floss (with my waterpik flosser), should I floss before brushing my teeth? I normally brush my teeth first, then floss and use mouthwash the last. Any advice? I want to take advantage of this tooth power 100%. Thank you so much for your help!
@LivingwellwithDrMichelle Жыл бұрын
1. 2 ounces 2. Organic and non-gmo 3. If you use the mouthwash, wait 3-5 minutes between brushing and rinsing 4. You're just fine to floss first or last. Here's my article on what I prefer: livingwellwithdrmichelle.com/secrets-of-effective-teeth-cleaning/

It says on the mouth wash video to use it as after brushing, but to wait 2-3 minutes so the hydroxyapatite has time to work. There's hydroxy apatite in the mouthwash too.
