Don't know if you've found an answer yet, head over to your profile page on the Instagram app and tap the three lines on the top right corner, then tap "settings" on the pop up menu and look for where it says "accounts Center" in blue text. From there it should prompt you to log into your Facebook to connect. Hope this helps!

HELLO SIMPLE! I followed your directions to attempt to upload a 9 minute video from my PC that was edited and exported using the Adobe Premier 2022 settings for Instagram, but it would not upload!! I don't know he lost me around 1:10 into this video... I'm lost about what he is doing or what anything about this is or means beyond 1:10. Instagram is just way too complex and confusing and has no real tutorials or help. I cannot even find information on how to unfollow someone as well as how to confirm you unfollowed them. I keep seeing people do things in these types of videos that they never explain. A huge part of the problem with these videos is they talk to the viewer as if the viewer is a highly advanced user and understands all the terminology, words, phrases and lingo. If you make a Spelling mistake in anything (A caption, name, message) you have no way to correct just that mistake. Instead you have to completely delete the post or upload, try again and hope you do not make any more mistake, and then post it again. He also talks about swiping..what the hell is swiping? No one knows what that means.
