This is the ONE Step I've been missing! Quick question though! How would you handle the process if the amount isn't a fixed amount? Or you have to enter some custom information into the contract? Does the Quickbooks integration let Integromat know if the invoice was paid?

What I've set up here is just going in one direction -- it's telling QBO, "Hey! Create an invoice!" Then, it tells me whether or not QBO completed that request. If I wanted to know whether or not the invoice was *paid*, that'd be a seperate scenario or step where I'd ask QBO, "Look up Invoice # and tell me if it's paid." If I added that module - yes! - we could get that data.
