We're leaving Dubsado (finally!) thanks to the wonderful magic of Integromat -- our favorite automation platform. (If you’re not familiar, Integromat is like Zapier...but better!)
Rather than trying to use Dubsado to manage everything here at ProcessDriven, we're building our own best-in-class team of our favorite software -- with Integromat to hold all the data together.
In this Integromat tutorial, we'll show you how we're recreating the Schedulers in Dubsado using Integromat modules for Calendly, ClickUp, Gmail, and Google Sheets.

Layla - do a video series on integromat! This is low hanging fruit for you, no one else doing this on youtube. And I agree with you, there is only so much you can do on clickup, which you have nearly 100% covered. This would be a perfect transition for you. I really think your audience (ie clickup users) will gain an entirely new perspective and insight in productivity by showing how we can glue other 3rd party applications into clickup. There are so many use cases you can demonstrate. Great video as always!

Definitely a Part 2 please. This is one of those pieces of software that I know would be useful for us if only I could figure out what to use it for. It would be perfect if instead of Calendly, it linked to my mythical game table booking software that allows for different table sizes, positions, and numbers of chairs needed for the players as well as the time needed for the booking.

I've been using Integromat for a while and only just moving to ClickUp now after dabbling with it for a few months. My mind is now constantly thinking about what automations I can build with Integromat and ClickUp. Very interested to see where you go with this. My vote for part 2 is in. Integromat is a wonderful tool. They set up their "Academy" relatively recently, but until then, learning-to-use Integromat was the biggest hurdle. I have every expectation that, yes, this would be a great second product for you to add to your existing product consulting business.

Nice video, although I’m probably going to pick an all-in-one solution for convenience. You mentioned you had experience with Dubsado, 17 Hats, Honeybook and Plutio so I’d be curious to know which one you’d pick if you had to choose just one? And why?

For me, I went with Dubsado mainly for the complete customization of their Forms. ☺️ Different business models will find other tools better for them, though!

With the right integrations - possibly! It all depends on what your business needs are. If you're heavy on the templating and automation, it could work! If you require powerful invoicing and reporting features, then ClickUp's native reporting tools might not be what you're looking for. However, you always have the option to integrate ClickUp with another tool!
