Hi Greetings from Germany again. i just Starter to use these brushes yesterday After my airfloss does Not work anymore. i'm a little confused Because i dont see or smell anything after using it. i got Kind of small interdental spaces. i also feel the contact of the brushes. at some spaces my gums(?) or interdental spaces are bleeding a little bit. So I think this is a sign of bacteria. Also the brush is bleeding a little bit. maybe it is interesting for others: I just saw a Video of a german dentist. He recomand these brushes combined with a anti bactrial gel wich you can put on the brushes. thinks for this Video Greetings tobias

I've used TePe interdental brushes for years, highly recommended. TePe are the best. Stores own-brand are CRAP. TePe, can cost 50-pence each. Shop around and save. (UK)

Hi you can use interdental brushes as an alternative to dental floss. You may find the interdental brushes easier than using floss.

Hello, could you please help me? I have gingivitis and gum inflammation, my dentist did a dental scaling (not sure how it's called in english, he removed the plaque) two weeks ago but my gums are still swollen. He gave me a Hydrogen Peroxide mouth wash to reduce the swelling but it still doesn't work. He also told me to floss but I definitely can't do it, I'm very bad at it. Any idea on how to make my gums less swollen? I just started using essential oils but I can't tell yet if it works. Anything else I can use instead of floss? My front teeth are extremely tight and even a very small dental brush won't fit.

You definitely have to floss. It will help your dental conditions in the long run. It's going to be very uncomfortable and your gums will bleed a lot initially. But the discomfort and bleeding will go away in a while as your gums adapt to the new regime. So please, do floss.

@@Lalalalalelo Thanks for the reply. Do I need to floss to get rid of the food between my teeth or for another reason? I try to do it often but it's still very hard, also there is nothing on the string when I remove it is it normal?

@@amya.3174 According to oral b, "Regular use of dental floss removes plaque, helping to prevent the buildup of plaque, which can lead to tartar. ... It also helps prevent tooth decay and can reduce your risk of developing gum disease by removing plaque." Flossing will not completely get rid of plaque but it does disrupt it to the point where it does not harden to become tartar. Even if you do not see anything on the string, you'd still have had 'disturb' the buildup, which is important.
