Or could you not get a glass with measurements to fit the ice? I think the answer is that the ice is a rectangular prism and you want more of an octagonal prism, but if that’s true, how come nobody makes octagonal prism ice molds?

As a native french speaker : « fraise » is pronounced frEz (quite close to your first attempt) 🤓

More importantly: how the heck is orgeat pronounced? That's gotta be a french word, right?

But it’s not fraise des bois 😉. Raspberry is framboise

I agree with you on the buck vs mule thing. Only thing I would differentiate myself is that I would flip the lime amount. 3/4 in a buck and 1/2 in a mule.

Another amazing video. Quick question, if I can't find Applejack because I'm a Canadian and I highly doubt that Applejack is available in Canada. What would you say I could use as a good replacement? 11/10 video.

I’m a huge fan of Jäegermeister, got me through a trip around America living out of my jeep for two months, used it almost solely as a nightcap but it made some of those tiring and uncomfortable nights a lot more pleasant! pretty much my favorite camping/hiking drink since it works so well mixed into almost anything you have on hand, coffee? Good! Random craft root beer you found in kanas? Even better!! lol

Two-part post! 1) Thank you! Now, instead of having to try to adopt as sincere an expression of gratitude as possible if someone ever gifts me a bottle of Jäger, I can be genuinely enthusiastic about all the cool cocktails I can try out. And probably confuse the living daylights out of people who've never heard of it in a context other than shots or >shudder< Redbull. 2) May I suggest Benedictine as a subject for another of these videos? I did not realize they sold it in small bottles when I got some to use for the Vieux Carré. And at one bar spoon per drink, it's possible my grandchildren will inherit a substantial portion of that 750ml bottle. I have no clue what else to use it for.

Christopher Reed I’ll make sure your grandchildren won’t get near that bottle 😂
