Greetings. If I am not mistaken, tasks which are under My Day that are not completed on the day itself go back into their respective lists. My question is this - is there any way to roll over the tasks from today to tomorrow while keeping them inside the My Day section? Thanks.

I've been searching around for a particular feature since I really want this tool to function for me and integration into Office 365, particularly with Outlook, seems to be a major advantage. To my backlog handle tasks, for several years I have used the Eisenhower Matrix technique which helps me prioritize tasks into important vs urgent (the two are not the same). Because my workday is complicated, this strategy helps me prioritize and focus on activities according to their importance and their urgency. To achieve this in MS To Do tasks, I attempted grouping into folders or using steps, but neither method seems very effective. I've already tried using labels in my Trello add-in for MS Teams, but this seems like overkill and the level of integration is not the same. I should add that the flags Important and Urgent should not be either / or but any combination i.e. urgent AND important being one case. Do you have a way to implement my two-flag idea within MS To Do lists?

I've been using this app for more than a year now and find it invaluable. Unfortunately, I began by installing it thru my personal MS 365 account and now feel that it would be much more beneficial if I could move most of my tasks to my business MS 365 acount. Is there an easy way to move several lists (contained within numerous groups) from one account to another?

Is there a way to delete my 800 completed tasks in a list in one fell swoop. in both android app and logged in online i seem to only be able to delete one at a time (in app) or click one task at a time online before deleting all. i want to "select all" then delete. boom! ideally the app would do this, but doesn't. and i've gone online looking for the efficient solution, but no dice. Hello TT! I hope you shall read this comment. I have a question. Is there some kind of software that makes it possible to plan tests so that the dates/hours/courses can be visible for every teacher in one school? The objective is to be able to coordinate all sorts of examinations/tests so that they do not stack up for the students and so that every teacher who teaches the specific group can easily see when this group has a test AND that every teacher can place the test of their own into the system. The only way so far is an elaborate Excel sheet, but maybe you know of something simpler as far as the user is concerned?

Rubbish. One cannot create tasks in lists and groups AND then have them ALL listed in due day order clearly showing which list and group they belong to. At 13:23. Your 7 Tasks became 6 BUT You still have 7 Tasks, 1 happens to now be in your list. This is so stoopid.
