By the way, I do not prefer the method of OLE objects or embedding pictures into database tables due to many reasons. The database size and image retrieval speed are the major reasons. I store the link to the image from a shared folder. Hope it helps. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks for your comment and support. MSSQL Server 2014 was already installed in my system and I find it a table version so I prefer to configure it. You can select anyone of your choice. There will be no issue.

It has its own table and form structure which can be customized through a web interface for your organization. It means, that if you think your Access Database frontend or backend can be used as it is with SharePoint, it is not like that.
