Random thought that came to mind while watching this video... whether through vanilla, dlc or through mods, I think it'd be interesting to see graffiti appear on the cut and fill walls when the wall is above road-level. Could perhaps even tie into crime to generate tags. Maybe even set certain cut-and fill walls to allow graffiti art.

SC4 had that. It was linked to local crime, which was broken down into varying types and severity. Miss those little details...

For anyone trying to create quays by the water and run into issues with the "in water" error, or simply don't want the terrain to rise to the 3.75m road elevation when creating the quays; try this. 1. Level the water terrain and ground terrain at the shore line. 2. Instead of building the quay by the water, extend your ground terrain out into the water a fair bit more than you want it to be. Then create a ditch at the elevation of the water floor, and build your road next to the ditch instead. The quay with zoning can then be built without having to elevate the road itself, because it gets the "elevation" from the ditch. Then you just terraform away the extra land area and let the water take its place again.
