I really like PO events, but that cost is really steep for an event at this point. We’ve had several off-weeks that required spending 150 to help get to a P2W chest, but maybe that’s just latent greed. However, it is one of the first true PO events to give out a P2W in a while so maybe it is worth it. Although, you really need to have the jigsaw to commit I think. (As a low spender / F2P)

I did about 560 orbs, used 325 honey stars, i will push that 900pts and get me some juicy sublimations although it was 3 months of saving PO this was worth it for my account.

Is it advisable to save 640 orbs for next months P.O event? seeing as how it will likely be a holiday event with the same amount of orbs per loop?

Right now I have exactly enough PO's to get an artifact this event (which is generally the point) ... but if there's an eminent holiday PO event... I don't want to shortchange myself. ... so basically are there any upcoming holiday events that are traditionally PO-based?

Save, usually you only need 300 or less po to get p2w arti, this event is a scam wait for better rewards.

As a newer player, what’s more important? Spending the PO’s to get copies or food or hoarding the PO’s until there’s an event that’ll give an artifact or more?

It depends on the current effectiveness of your main PVE team. There's 2 opposing factors: 1st, the broadly accepted "marathon" principle, which prescribes unconditional saving for synergistic events 2nd, is the idea that, the earlier you enhance your ability to gain resources, the sooner your resource-earning rate will increase, and the more you'll have in the long run (like the difference in compounded interest when depositing $10 in a bank in 1980 versus 2010) ...both factors are valid and important. I think you need to take a close look at exactly what you'd gain (or not) in game progression by using "off-season" POs.

Imp's has been extended by a day not a week to use anything outstanding (eg dice for using 2700 baskets to get the chest). There are no new drops.

They're both decent, but I think you'd get more use out of Eloise. Keep an eye on your food too... if you get more fortress than shadow, there's nothing wrong with changing your goals a bit. The meta changes too... today's god will eventually be tomorrow's trash (RIP Emily, Valkyrie, Mihm, etc) It doesn't matter much anyway in the long run... you may end up getting both to E5. and if you have any regrets you'll be able to regress them at some point and get back your resources ;)

theres been tons of better PO events. usually a p2w artifact only costs 320 orbs. this is double the cost. it only becomes worth it if you can make it to 780 stars to get to 900 points for the second arti or sublimation chest

Be mindful, it is less orbs if you hit the jigsaw in fantasy factory.

thats not true, thats never happened. its usually 320 orbs for 1 p2w artifact. so yes its a shitty event still, but you’ll never get an artifact for 160 PO’s or 2 loops.
