How to use Serato with the Denon Prime 4!

Nothing seems to play for me, Serato DJ Pro loads up nicely but when i load a song it simply won't play anything, just sits there loaded but doing nothing.

Please pardon me if I missed it, but when operating the Prime 4 in Serato OS, does the Serato graphics show up on the 10" screen or does it still just show the Engine Prime OS graphics ??

Can the usb port that connect the laptop to the controller be replace??? Mine is damaged and not working

Can you use an external hard drive with the prime 4 (Plugged in the back)

Hi, I'm sure you had valuable information. But the sound quality was very poor, also poor video quality. I had speakers up all the way and could not drown out the cave affect. Sorry.

I thought the goal of the Prime 4 was to NOT use a laptop? Might as well get the Pioneer or keep my turntables... Having two screens seems redundant.

this is just an added additional compatibility.. not a prime selling feature. Or do you not know the difference?
