"BONE DRY"! This is a great video, thanks guys. Question about the prep beforehand, did you widen the crack at all? or drill a hole thru the spot where you installed the nipple to get the mixture back further?

We did not drill/widen the crack. About 3/4 of it was already very wide and could make good penetration. In hind-site we would have drilled holes in the bottom 1/4 of the crack to get better penetration.

How do you remove the nipples? I want to try to use this to stop my leak in my basement. Where the bilco door bulkhead meets the foundation water comes up from the ground when it rains hard and leaks into the basement. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

We used an oscillating saw to cut them off

While the epoxy sets up in 5-8 minutes, it does not fully cure for 12-24 hours depending on the temperature.

That is good info! We for sure experienced that!

Yes I watched a Simpson video and they stated at least 12 hours before using the filler. Thanks for the tips on the mixing of the harder for the ports and the crack itself. I have also read that if you have paint or other stuff painted on the wall itself remove that material as well for better bonding. Again thank you guys for the tips you given as well.

Maybe you could use it to seal your mouths? Just a friendly suggestion!
