Hey ! Thanks for the tutorial ! But I've got an issue In Steam, when I click top left steam then settings, I don't have the "Game Recordings" settings. I have the last update of steam and I have tried to find this "Game Recordings" but couldn't find it … Did you know why ?

Make sure the audio device that selected for outputting sound for game is selected

@@Zortec I played demo, CS2, recorded clip, during recording I heard all the in-game sounds. During replay in overlay: no sound. Where I must select device? In CS2? Can you explain with more details please.

@@zxxcvv_ go to volume mixer in windows, put both Steam audio outputs to the same audio source as your game usually default, same audio source as your windows mine was automatically set to "voicemeter input", while my game+window sounds come from "cable input"

Yes you can :). I was just showing a real life example of using the marker feature. but you can do it manually afterwards also

The footage i recorded using Steam Game Recording does Record in 1080p. I can verify that because my footage was 1920x1080. Keep in mind i was playing my game in 4K. 1. Make sure you have your quality settings to highest. 2. Make sure you screen resolution of your game settings is 1080p or higher.

Thats just how it is atm on Steam Game Recording. It still a great option though if you just want a simple game clipping tool. I am sure maybe in the future it will get better.

Audio from Mic or Game??? Their is a Audio section where you can add your mic and game audio settings

'Their is a Audio section where you can add your mic and game audio settings' yeah, i know and i tried every audio section. but any game audio isnt recorded. when i use the audio section 'game and selected program', steam game recording system recognized some audio. for example, Discord. So system recognized audio itself definely but doesnt output it.

just output sound is so small. oddly enough, however, even with the volume mixer turned to max, the sound is still small.

I still hate it records your whole gameplay I wish it would do like instant replay that it temporaly records up to the specified ammout of time and when you press to save the clip it just saves that and not the whole thing.

Actually now it does have that options on the settings, i will be covering that in a updated guide. you need to set up a key and set how many seconds before you want. to save a clip similar to instant replay

NVIDIA still is pretty efficient when recording with minimal load. steam does a decent job still.
