It's still there but I believe you need a paid plan because it's still a Beta feature

through persona mode Suno creates the same song as original where persona voice was taken of… so bad

@@Adam_Kobyshev "With Personas, you can save the essence of a song-its vocals, style, etc., and recall it for new songs whenever you need it!" It saves the vibe/essence of the song. It does not create the same song as the original. help.suno.com/en/articles/3484161

If you are now subscribing their plan, can you monetize the result of your song from using persona(from a song you generate before on a basic tier)?

@@JoelOng-y8e Hi Joel, I am looking into this and will get back to you with my thoughts today.

I want to clarify that I am not a qualified legal counsel, so please keep in mind when reading my response that it's just my opinion based on research. For formal answers to copyright ownership questions, please consult with a qualified attorney in your region who specializes in music business. My understanding of the question is that you did the following: - generated a song on the Basic (free) tier - created a Persona from the Basic tier song - then subscribed to either a Pro or Premier subscription - created new songs from the Persona that was made with a Basic tier song - The question is: Based on all this, can you monetize the songs made with the Persona? I believe, but am not 100% certain, you can monetize in this situation if you use different lyrics than the original, because you would be creating new songs with a paid plan based on the "essence" of the original song, not minor variations of the same song. Suno says the following in their policies about new songs created with paid plans: "If you are a paying subscriber to Suno, then you own the songs you generate while subscribed to Pro or Premier, subject to your compliance with Suno’s Terms of Service." This page offers additional ownership guidance based on tracks created from pre-existing, copyrighted material. help.suno.com/en/articles/2871105 With all this being said, I recommend checking with Suno directly to make sure. It's a tricky question because of the fact that you'd be using a Persona built with a song from the Free plan. You can reach out to them directly here to ask: support@suno.com Alternatively, you could try to create a new song that has a similar essense/vibe as the one you previously made while using the Basic plan, and then use the new song to create a new Persona, thus avoiding this complicated scenario all-together. Again, this is just my opinion, and can't be construed as legal advice, but I hope it helps as you work through this scenario!
